Sometimes we will have customer service issues with products:
- Faults
- Quality
- Packaging issues
- Shipping issues
If you notice we are getting complaints from customers about the same issue with a product you MUST notify us immediately on the #productissues channel in Slack
Tell us the product name and details about the issue
Also inform the supplier asap about the problem and see if it can resolved
You may also encounter products where instructions or further information is needed (guides, how to videos etc)
Request the information from the supplier
Notify us in the #productissues Slack channel
Tell us the product name and give us the information/documents/videos that needs to be provided
We will create a page on the store that contains the information, you can then send a link to the customer
DO NOT SEND THE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AS AN ATTACHMENT
